SAND SPRINGS, OK March 9th, 2011 – Copper Bella, LLC will be exhibiting their industry-changing, copper plated, home and garden products at Booth #3811, at the Tulsa Home & Garden Show, March 10-13, 2011 at the Quiktrip Center at Expo Square. Copper Bella’s copper plated roof finials and garden deck post toppers combine strength and beauty to produce a lower cost alternative to handcrafted copper sheet building products. The patent pending products are scratch and dent resistant and have the exact same cosmetic look and weathering patina for a fraction of the cost of expensive copper sheet products.
Traditional, hand-crafted copper finials of the same cosmetic quality, typically cost a consumer $400-$600 each. Copper Bella’s Chicago Finial, costs $195 each, which includes shipping. But, it will be available at the Home and Garden Show this week for $149 plus tax. A 4″ ball deck post topper of the same quality usually costs $40-$50 each. Copper Bella’s 4″ ball post topper is $19.95 but will be available this week for $15.67 plus tax. They will also include special pricing on a decorative 3-pack.
Decorative roof finals and garden deck post toppers can potentially add value to a homeowner’s property. Copper Bella products are a beautiful addition to any home or garden. Because the products are injection molded, they are inherently scratch and dent resistant, and absent of unattractive rivets, warps, kinks, and solder. The products maintain the cosmetic characteristics of copper and weather to a warm, rich patina just like handmade sheet copper products. We took this technology and developed a method to copper plate architectural accessories specifically formulated for our patent pending application. For our molded-in color line, we use an engineered thermoplastic created by BASF specifically to combat cold weather embrittlement and UV degradation, both common problems with plastics exposed to the elements.”
Installation of the roof finial is easy for homeowners and DIY’ers due to the self adjusting roof flange that can be modified onsite to adjust to the pitch of the roof. Additionally, trimming sharp copper sheet can be very dangerous. Copper Bella finials can be trimmed safely and easily with a simple jigsaw using the roof pitch guide label included on each product. December 12, 2009 – Copper Bella, LLC has won 1st place in the Small Business Division and 1st place Overall Grand Prize Winner in the New Product and Process Fair in Oklahoma City, OK.
Founded over 20 years ago, the New Product and Process Fair has been challenging the creativity of inventors of all ages. Fair founder and former Congressman Wes Watkins says the annual event is designed to inspire people to envision new products and processes which are the seeds of economic prosperity. Winners received a cash award, certificate and trophy.
Copper Bella, LLC won the New Product and Process Fair with their copper plated thermoplastic architectural building products. On display were a 36″ copper plated finial and ball-shaped fence post topper. Future products include a line of several finial designs, fence post toppers, column caps, cupolas, attic roof vents and guttering accessories such as leader heads and decorative gutter straps.
